  • How do I post a Projects?

    Register

    Simply register to the website as an employer and you can post a project from your dashboard.

  • How do I upload my Skill?

    Register

    In order to showcase you skills, you need to register on the website and verify your Identity. After approval, you can upload your skills from your dashboard

Explore and Match

When the employer has made the right match and the freelancer has accepted the offer, the employer pays us for the project, which is held in lieu of project completion

  • How do I pay a Freelancer?

    Make Payment

    You pay a freelancer by either accepting a bid of sending an offer. The funds are stored in our account until the project is satisfactorily delivered, else funds are returned

  • How do I receive payments?

    Receive Payment

    When an employer pays for your bid or offer, the funds are held by us until the project is completed and satisfactory. After which you can request for your funds to be withdrawn and they are sent to your bank account after, our commission is deducted

  • What happens if there is a dispute?

    Resolution

    If there is a dispute, either the employer or the freelancer can create a dispute query in their dashboards, as shown in the screenshot below

    The admin then reviews the queries and makes a fair decision.

Messages and Rating

Employers and Freelancers can send messages to each other before and during a project. Also Employers can rate projects, as soon as the project is declared completed.

    ​Employers can start a conversation with freelancers by sending offers. Subsequent conversations can be done in the dashboard through the inbox or history of a project.

  • How do I rate a Freelancer?

    Feedback

    As soon as the employer declares the project complete a rating box will popup for the employer to give a feedback and rating on a project.
